About Louie DeLeon

He earned a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University in 1976.

In 2005 he added an Executive MBA from Benedictine College. In 44 years he went from trainee to outside sales to branch management to VP of Sales to president of 2 companies before spending the second half of his career as a division manager for CED. In that time he experienced the process of developing a career before recruiting and teaching several hundred new comers how to do the same for themselves.
